The Accelerated Weathering Laboratory shall focus on the performance properties of a variety of materials including painted, powdercoated, plated parts, adhesives, inks, PCBs and other surface coatings in accordance with the relevant engineering standard where perhaps facilities are not available, or where there is a time restraint on labour. With a comprehensive range of tests and procedures (UKAS) we are committed to providing a competitive yet high quality service for our clients, not only to provide data, but to assist in research and development programmes where required. Our laboratory shall cater for Aerospace, Medical, Electronic, Automotive, Finishing and many other sectors.

Test and evaluation services include:
• Cyclic Corrosion including ProHesion Testing
• Neutral Salt Spray, CASS and SWAAT Testing
• Controlled Humidity/Temperature Testing
• Xenon-Arc and QUV Weathering (Simulated Sunlight)
• Taber Abrasion Testing
