With The Sound Academy your child will: Learn to play with other young musicians Jam songs in a real band setting Perform on a real stage, to real audiences and have a great time doing it! We offer tuition in guitar, bass drums and keyboards, and our team of highly trained and CRB-checked tutors deliver our unique course materials in our branded school on a maximum ratio of 2 pupils to 1 tutor. The school has a nice community feel to it, where the pupils get to know each other and enjoy their learning. The lessons are one hour long and finish on a high with our legendary jams, performing 3 songs in a group with the tutors and other pupils. With an emphasis on live playing, our music lessons are designed to be stimulating and motivating with a fun, social aspect to them. The lessons are ideal preparation for The Sound Academy Live, our charity concert, where the pupils perform live on stage under the tutors'' guidance to an audience of family and friends. With all proceeds raised going to local charities, these concerts are great for confidence and very motivating for the pupils to get practicing!
