Nicky Torbet qualified as a Society of Master Saddlers Qualified Saddle Fitter in 1999 and is a graduate of Cordwainers' College with an HND in Saddlery Technology. She specialises in fitting both wool flocked and Flair saddles. Appointments at the customer's premises take about an hour and saddles are adjusted immediately so the customer is not left without a saddle. If there are 2 or more customers at a yard, call out fees can be shared thereby reducing the cost of a saddle check.
