..Hi my name is Debbie Baines. I work in partnership with my husband Chris and a small group of volunteers, we are ''Optimum Shape''. We provide advice on weight management and nutrition programmes, in the form of one to one consultations. We also provide education and coaching for participants in any of our 12 week Weight Loss Challenges. I personally have over 20 years NHS experience and have seen many changes to health trends, over the years, and have become increasingly concerned about the current obesity epidemic and health conditions caused by poor diet/lack of vital nutrients. In my pursuit to address these concerns I have undertaken in-depth study and training in the area of nutrition and weight management. We work from home and have a consultation room for visiting clients. We have tools/equipment that enables us to assess and monitor client’s closely during their weight management journey. We offer a range of programmes that include Herbalife products; which have been scientifically proven to provide optimum nutrition. Our passion is to help people feel better about themselves by helping them to reach their individual optimum shape, to see their health improve and witness an overall increase in their energy levels and quality of life.
