All our staff understand the cuts and quality required including origins and packaging. We operate and run within a temperature controlled premises which are EEC accredited, adhering to temperature guidelines, working alongside independant health and hygiene consultants to ensure that we are always shadowing the ever changing regulations within our industry. Our ability to work as a team guarantees our products are delivered promptly by refrigerated vehicles daily (Monday-Saturday); we also offer a second delivery service which we guarantee to be with you before those all important service times.
