I provide a planning service for clients wanting to extend their dwellings and work explicitly with the client on the prefered design to what they want for their building. I have a Measured Survey Team that can deal with the correct measurements of a building and the topographical details of the land and the building. My own experience in CAD spans over 30 years and in Building related disciplines over 24 years. I am qualified and at one time was the CAD Manager at Atkins on the Metronet project.
