With a background in education, I have always had a passion for helping people change and work towards their goals. I am now able to do this much more effectively using my skills in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and TLT (Time Line Therapy) from my consulting rooms in Liskeard and Lostwithiel in south east Cornwall. I love the speed with which these tools allows my clients to achieve their results and move forward in their lives with health and happiness.

Having suffered from ME/CFS in the dim and distant past, I very much believe that how we think, what we eat and how we live our lives very much affects how we feel and behave, which enables me to adopt a holistic view of health.
