One to one cookery classes, in the familiar surroundings of your own kitchen. Learn to cook with a friendly, highly qualified cookery teacher. Lessons available in Surrey, Sussex and Kent. To get the most out of your cooking lesson, it is best that you choose the dishes that you really want to cook. We offer a list of recipes and a sample of menus to give you an idea and inspiration. You may already know what you want without consulting our list. If you are not sure, just let us know and we can point you in the right direction whatever your experience. Lessons are from 2 hours plus depending on menu and ability. We suggest you read through the menus and think about what you would like to cook - you can choose three dishes. (In some lessons, if there is time, we can always do a fourth dish but this will depend on ability.) For each dish you cook, you will receive laminated recipes which you can use time and time again. You will also receive a pamphlet containing useful cooking tips, temperature and weight conversions and safety in the kitchen. However basic your cookery skills, you will develop new skills, gain confidence and be inspired to try new dishes. The lesson will be "hands on", instructional and fun. You will learn about menus and time plans/ portion control and techniques. There will be time to discuss any queries during the lesson and at the end.
