I''m a qualified beauty and holistic therapist, personal trainer and sport and health nutritionist. Description For my beauty and holistic training, I trained with the Carlton beauty academy and the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy (ITHMA) both in London, Ellisons academy in Coventry and the Self-Exploration, Education and Development (S.E.E.D) Institute in Surrey. As well as my passion for making people look good on the outside, I want people to feel good on the inside too! I studied for my undergraduate degree in Sports Science at Edge Hill University College and have completed a Master�s degree in Exercise Physiology and Sport Nutrition at Sheffield Hallam University. To extend my skills and knowledge, I am currently studying a second masters'' in biomedical science. I have worked as a sports nutritionist to Sheffield Eagles Rugby club and Sheffield Bankers Men''s Hockey club. I have previously been part of a sports science team supporting the England Lacrosse team. In addition, I have lectured part-time at Sheffield Hallam University for 3 years and provided nutritional support to companies looking to improve their employee�s health and well being.
