I cater for everyone whether you would like 1 session a week or 5! I offer a 1:1 personal training session that is tailored to YOUR needs. I also offer a deep tissue/sports massage service that is mobile. Both PT and Massage are £40 per hour and I can travel between Gweek TR12 and Truro TR4. I offer bespoke nutritional plans and I can accompany you on your own food shopping trip to advise you what not to eat and buy! There is also the option of having a 1:1 email personal training session if time or finances are tight. What ever you need, I can help.
