Amanda Skelly is a fully qualified teacher of yoga in surrey. Amanda aims to create a gentle, nurturing environment to enable students to feel comfortable with whatever stage they are at in their practice. Classes are adapted to suit all no matter what the ability, age or build of the student. Everyone is welcome. Posture, co-ordination and sleep patterns are found to improve. Many postures help tone the abdominals which support the muscles of the lower back.
