Julian & Michaela Gill are a husband and wife team with their own Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching practice, Aspire Therapy. Based in Levenshulme, South Manchester, they offer treatment for anxiety, stress, confidence & self-esteem, weight-loss, depression, IBS, phobias and a range of other common problems. They also have special expertise in helping teenagers to overcome the various barriers they may face, including stress and confidence related issues. Aspire offers a blend of relaxation, self-help techniques and counselling approaches to help their clients move forward and achieve their full potential. Julian and Michaela both have Professional Diplomas in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapeutic Counselling, together with a range of other recognized qualifications in Coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming, (NLP) and Emotional Freedon Technique, (EFT). They are also nationally registered Hypnotherapists and hold full professional indemnity insurance. Aspire can offer the choice of a male or female therapist at their Levenshulme practice. They can also provide either face to face, telephone or skype sessions depending on their clients’ preference. Michaela & Julian offer a free initial consultation in order to help clients decide whether Hypnotherapy is the best way forward for them, and if so, how many sessions they are likely to need. They are both experienced professionals with combined backgrounds and qualifications in education, careers guidance, training and development, life coaching and hypnotherapy. As well as running their own practice in Levenshulme, Michaela is a Senior Tutor at Manchester Metropolitatn University and Julian works from two physiotherapy / complementary clinics in Lancashire. Julian is additionally involved in the professional training of hypnotherapists and psychotherapists, working as a tutor for the Chrysalis organisation which runs hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy courses across the country.
