Edwards Health & Fitness BootCamps are mixed-ability outdoor fitness sessions for people who want to see the benefits of one-to-one personal training but enjoy the camaraderie of small group fitness sessions. Workouts vary session to session and include cardiovascular and muscle building exercises for overall fitness, weight loss, toning and improved health.
