Georgie is an experienced, qualified yoga teacher offering Hatha Yoga to strengthen and restore the body and mind. Gentle breathing techniques and begninners meditation to balance and calm are incorportated All ages and abilities welcome. Current classes on Thursdays at 10am & 7.15pm at The Old School,Cuckfield (free parking at rear). All classes are 90 mins and cost £7 payable in 6 week terms.
