I am Tricia Edwards a Personal Development and Career Development coach, providing individual life coaching sessions and workshops. Based in West Yorkshire I work with clients locally in Leeds, York and surrounding areas providing face to face sessions. I also work with clients across the UK through telephone sessions or online life coaching. With all my clients I start with where you are in your life right now. Starting with you the individual, I establish which areas of your life you are most dissatisfied with and how important these are. Using a wheel of life or emotional audit tools I then begin to focus on why these are important to you. We can then start to realistically build on the positives and innate strengths that we all have and other resources available to you, then identify all the possible options, the most suitable and how you can work to make that happen. The techniques which I will teach you will help you unpick the blocks to change and to channel negative emotion into positive action. These tools and techniques for dealing with stress and emotions can help you achieve your goals and change your life by developing goal-setting, self-confidence and interpersonal skills. This process can take place in small steps often in just an hour a week, allowing you to become more confident and regain control in a short space of time.
