My name is Sarah and I am a fully qualified and insured Reiki Practitioner based in Rothwell, Kettering . I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation and specialise in dealing with stress and stress related illness. Reiki is a system of natural healing whereby energy is channeled to help restore order to the body whose vital energy has become unbalanced. It helps to combat the stress of everyday living by bringing harmony and balance to the whole person including mind, body and spirit leaving an incredible sense of well-being. Reiki can be used to treat a wide range of conditions to include: • Stress • Depression, • Trauma & Grief • Emotional balancing, • Fatigue, problems sleeping • Pain reduction /elimination • Maintaining general wellness The treatment is hands off and non-intrusive. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session. The appointment includes a consultation and approx 45 treatment (depending on the needs of the client). Cost is £25 for a 1 hour session
