Hello, my name is Caroline Sephton, I am a qualified and experienced Person-Centred Counsellor/Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist and Supervisor. My background is varied and I have an extensive portfolio of working within retail, education and counselling. I believe my experiences have enriched my counselling skills and formed a sturdy foundation to my chosen career. Since gaining my Diploma in Counselling 10yrs ago I have worked for Social Care, the Voluntary Sector and the Private Sector. I have a strong belief in counselling and therapy and feel my passion for my career is evident in my willingness to stay diverse and continually keep my skills up to date with new initiatives. I have also specialised in working with children and young people.
