RWB Architecture Ltd
Manchester, Greater Manchester, M44 5AW
RWB Architecture specialises in unique extensions, homes, conversions and refurbishments dedicated to providing creative design solutions and willing to take on difficult projects and sites. RWB Architecture''s design philosophy means the function of the proposals are considered above those of the aesthetic, bringing together a suitable proposal that meets the requirements of the client, whether it is in the traditional architectural form or the more modern and contemporary. RWB Architecture aims to bring ecologically sound design practice into its proposals in the form of energy saving installations or ecologically sourced materials to provide the client with a renewably sourced final building based on time prerequisites and budget constraints. RWB Architecture offers an initial Free Consultation where the Clients ideas can be discussed in brief to assess whether the project will fulfil the Clients needs. Feasibility studies and design development will follow to tailor the design to ensure the optimum use of space is utilised and the design reflects the Clients desires. Planning Applications and Building Regulations Submissions will follow which will provide the Client with a set of drawings that are approved by the Local Authority. If required on-site supervision can be supplied together with specifications and construction drawings for larger projects where specific details may be finalised before the construction work begins giving the Client peace of mind in knowing what the completed building will look like. RWB Architecture has staff that have been working in the architectural field for over 12 years in the commercial sector of the market working on projects up to 20 million pounds. Robert Bryan is the Director of the company and has worked as a Senior Technician in an Architectural practice for several years where he has taken projects from initial conception all the way through the planning and building regulations process through to on-site supervision until completion of the projects. He has a Degree in Spatial Design and is proficient with the required computer programmes and has the Building Regulation and Planning Condition experience required to provide a professional Architectural Design Service.
